Any orders for less than $10.00 will be charged a handling fee of $1.95 plus applicable postage and will need to be paid by check or money order. No credit card charges will be processed for an order under $10.00.
We are very sorry, but due to the dramatic increase in priority mail rates by the USPS, we had to raise our shipping costs. Shipping rates will be calculated according to your "zone" as designated by the USPS
The confirmation you receive after placing your order will INCORRECTLY show shipping and handling charges as $0.00. Your confirmation DOES NOT reflect the shipping amount, which will be determined by the weight of your order and your postal zone. The actual shipping costs (plus applicable insurance) will be added to your order. Please wait for a second message concerning your order that will have the corrected total on it, or you can call 417-359-5172 to get the total amount of your order.
International Orders
Rates vary from country to country. International orders, including Canada, will be charged the actual shipping cost plus $2.95 for special handling.
The orders are mailed via Air/Small Package rate. A different shipping method may be requested (i.e. Surface, Global Express).
Domestic Orders
We try our best to have your order to you within 10-14 days of the date of the order. However, there are times when circumstances are beyond our control (i.e. items not in stock, distributors behind in their shipping, etc.) and we apologize for any delay. If you have a special occasion or need an item by a certain deadline, please call us (1-866-866-0600)...we should be able to let you know if there will be a delay in shipping or not.
